What constitutes a stolen picture? Any time you take a picture off a site, that does not freely give permission to take them. If you take a horse picture off a real life stable, with out asking permission from the owners, thats stealing.
Any time you hotlink (just paste the link of the picture from the main site to here) your not only stealing pictures, but money to.
Why?
Because the people who owns that site has to pay for a thing called bandwidth. Every time that picture is viewed, it uses up a certain amount of it. If your linking directly from the site, those people are spending MONEY for all the other people on this site, to look at the picture, with out getting the benifit (ie. a hit on their site)
